I been before to Gemma for massage. This time I tried a facial, she did me a very relaxing session with products to clranse and moisturising plus an accupressure massage and a face mask.

Wow had my first Shiatsu massage therapy session with Gemma. I was made to feel welcomed and it was explained in detail what to expect during and, after my treatment. This was my first treatment and initially, I was apprehensive but I eventually relaxed and listened to the soothing music on in the background. Gemma knew where to apply the appropriate pressure on specific areas, I could feel knots in those areas be kneaded away by her healing touch. I did ache for two days as pre-warned. But despite that I’m definitely going to book another session with Gemma.

I visited Gem Therapies and I am pleased I did because she was really friendly and polite who scheduled me in at short notice due to discomfort from running and training.
Gem was very knowledgeable and she helped loosed my knots and they did ache abit which was explained but she provided me with water as well as a Self care plan which she ensured I took with me .I will be visiting again very soon 🙌

Gem did me a Swedish massage the other week and it was definitely worth it!
I’d overdone it a touch in the weights room and was suffering with painful muscle spasms across my shoulders and neck.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and calming. I’m not used to massages so I was rather nervous at what to expect.
She was very professional and knowledgeable within the realms of muscles and the central nervous system which impressed me.
She told me she has a degree in complementary therapies.
Gem talked me through what she was doing when I asked and gave me stretches to do at home to aid the treatment.
The next few days I ached, as informed, but then I suddenly felt brilliant and able to go to the gym again.
I will be back!

I don’t usually do reviews as i can’t be bothered, but I’ll make an exception for Gemma.
So I recently had another Swedish massage as I’m cramped up from various muscular ailments due to a car crash.
Gem worked some sort of magic as I walked out feeling 100x more limber than I was upon entering.
She set’s an amazingly relaxed atmosphere and puts you at ease instantly.
I’ve had many treatments done at other professionally named organisations and spa’s since the crash and I was amazed at how she outshines them with ease and at half the price!!
She told me that she’s just getting back into her passion after raising her family and I feel that it won’t be long until she’s in serious demand once word of mouth gets out.
She’s is one of those rare finds and I’m trying her bamboo treatment next.
All in all. I recommend her.

I suffer from migraines and tension Aswell as have a back issue due to a injury many years ago. I booked in with Gemma who recommended to me which treatment would suit me best.
Gemma is brilliant at what she does, she really knows what she’s doing and goes to her best efforts to make sure your comfortable and relaxed, the treatment I received was great, and felt much better straight after.
I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone I know and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’ve tried many places but when you find a good one, you stick with it and that’s what I’ll be doing!

Myself and Husband booked Gem Therapies as he was suffering with muscular aches and I needed to relax.
Gem was amazing, after the treatment my husband had no muscular pains (he could raise his arm, which despite multiple physio sessions he has been unable to do) and I was so relaxed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Gem in the future.
